Hello, I'm Mimiyori!
I'm a comic artist/illustrator. I have a 2+ year on-going webcomic & I’ve fully Illustrated a one-shot horror comic. I’m always looking for new opportunities!
Like stated above, I have an ongoing webseries called ‘Serendipity’. I also illustrated a horror comic that was printed physically called ‘Extra Souls’ in collaboration with CheesyManFredo! Currently, I’m working on a sci-fi psychological horror comic called ‘Lethia’. This comic will be around 70-80 pages long and will be fully written and illustrated by me. SOME OF MY COMICS!
‘Serendipity’ is a semi-monthly webcomic I’ve been running since January of 2021! It follows Seren Marsh, a grumpy teen who is secretly a magical girl at night. Over the past 2 years, it has grown to be over 20 chapters and hundreds of pages. It is the first and only long-form story I’ve ever adapted into a comic, and it’s still going to this day. If you like character drama, crime-fighting, fun villains, and a cute lead romance, please check out ‘Serendipity’ on Webtoon!
‘Extra Souls’ is a collaborative piece between me and Alfredo Morales, or ‘CheesyManFredo’ on social media. He wrote the script and thumbnailed the comic, while I did the final illustrations. The story follows some teen girls hanging out near a storm drain, when they decide to go in and explore it. What happens next is a thriller that will leave you flipping back to previous pages to see what you missed. (If you don’t have a Twitter account, you can download the PDF here)
‘Menmo’ is a short story about a girl with face blindness, or ‘Prosopagnosia’: the inability to recognize faces. It follows her journey through school and struggle to make friends. It’s 14 pages long, and is its own self-contained story. If the premise sounds interesting to you at all, please check it out! I made this comic way back in 2018, so it supersedes Serendipity and all other comics on this page by a wide margin. Even though it’s a little old, I’m still pretty proud of it!
‘Among Us Girl” is a comedic, parody series of 4-panel comics that I made weekly over the course of a few months in 2022. They gained increasing popularity, to the point of growing my Twitter account from 5k followers to over 40,000.
